Joe Morton

Director Field Operations
Current role:  Responsible for labor, productivity and profitability for all Harlan projects. Works closely with estimators, project managers, and field management employees.
 
Experience: Joe joined Harlan in1995 as general foreman at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. After success as superintendent at Fort Campbell Army Base, he later became a projects superintendent of all jobs at Fort Campbell. With 41 years of experience in the electrical field, 30+ of which have been in field management, Joe is one of the industry’s best at driving success in the field.
 
Pride: Joe is most proud of the company’s extensive and successful years at Fort Campbell Army Base. Joe says, “It is rewarding to give back to the men and women that protect our country every day.”
 
Outlook: Joe believes that success comes by surrounding yourself with good people. Working as a Phalcon company provides him with the opportunity to oversee challenging projects while having the support of a very talented, strong team of Phalcon professionals. Joe says, “I get an opportunity to learn, improve, and mentor which will continue to add value to our company.”
 
Free time: When Joe’s not working he’s helping family and friends. He loves boating, fishing, and quail hunting, and is a classic car enthusiast. His favorite vacation spot is St. George Island where he spends time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and two dachshunds.
